Tingly hands and feet and shivers
While I'm sleeping sometimes I will get really sharp pains like pins and needles in my hands and feet and I will start shaking. It's like I'm really cold and shivering and it takes a few minutes for my body to warm back up. Does anyone else go through this? It's really weird, it doesn't happen every night but it's like every two weeks.
