Bad breath?! 😫

A little embarrassed to be posting this, but anyone else have bad breath?! I brush my teeth for ages, gargle mouthwash etc, and it's still bad! Please tell me I'm not the only one! I read online that due to the increase of hormones, this can happen, but still... Any tips on how to get rid of it?

Getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months at the dentist reallllllly helped me. I was bad about going. Like once every year to two years. My breath felt stinky all the time. Now that I'm consistently going it's really made a difference. They get in all those nooks and crannies that you can't

Are you having a lot of heartburn? Acid reflux will give you bad breath.  I get it from eating red meat, once I figured that out the acid reflux  (and bad breath) improved a ton. Still really bad heartburn but that just seems to be my lot in pregnancy life :)

I've had a bad taste in my mouth for weeks now. No matter what I do, it doesn't go away. I chew gum constantly. But it still doesn't go away. I hate it so much. 😖

Floss after every meal. You might also have a cavity, which is causing this. See your dentist.
