Ok so those of that has conceived or hasn't this month or last, what happens to the old sperm? We have loads of sperm pumped into us by our men, by if they live for say 5-7 days where do they go, obviously die but I mean, do they come our in your underwear dead or do they like disintegrate up there? What happens anyone know?
