12 weeks weight gain?

I've gained about 10 lbs and just hit second trimester...  is this bad? :( I'm only 5'2 so it's a lot for a short person

With all my pregancies I gained a lot of weight in the 1st and half way threw the 2nd trimester then stopped gaining weight .. I am 5'4" so was a lot of weight ..

Same thing with me I wouldn't worry some people gain in the beginning others in the end
