I stopped my pill and a few days later I'm bleeding heavier than what regular spotting is. Can you get a period a few days after stopping your pills, even in the middle of the pack?

The pill contains progesterone and eating it Everyday causes ur lining to thicken each time you eat it. When u stop eating, ur progesterone level drop drastically in the next few days since u are no longer adding progesterone to your body so the uterine lining falls and hence this process is known as your period. Perfectly normal
