How long does post partum hair loss last? I've very surprised I still have hair left. Showers are the worst!!! 🙄

I noticed this happening a lot recently, didn't really know why it was happening. Gets everywhere in the shower. This post makes me feel better. I'm 3 months post partum.

This happened to me after my first baby. It seemed to mostly come from one spot and has never full grown back, it's still thin in that spot. The good news is that it didn't happen this time around.
