Looking for advice /experiences with wild yam natural progesterone cream. I've suspected low progesterone for a while- I temped this month for the first time and it pretty much confirmed it. I had 9 days of elevated temps then dipped to cover line 10 and 11 dpo. I've had menstrual cramps since I went to bed on 9dpo. Breasts have been sore since about 6 or 7 dpo. This is all very typical for me before a period. Anyone in a similar situation benefit from progesterone cream? Is it pretty safe to use? Thanks!
