SOMEBODY ANSWER AND HELP PLEASE!

I've been waiting on my period... So I thought I was pregnant. Bought two pregnancy test both poisitive... Go to bathroom light cramping and wipe after I pee and see light blood as if I'm spotting what does this mean. Ugh. My boyfriend is excited ... I don't wanna tell him.
