HIV STATUS

Please advise! someone told me she is HIV+ and is trying to conceive. I'm aware who she's dating (ex husband nephew, a pastor). I'm torn becoz I would like to tell him and don't quite know how. So many things about this situation is bothering me. Bottom line, I think she deliberately infecting people. What do you guys think? Should I proceed? How?
