Does any one here have PCOS? Have you conceived? Is there anything I can do to heighten my chance of getting pregnant?

I have PCOS was diagnosed when I was 23. Got pregnant with no assistance at 24. Six years later pregnant with the help of clomid. So it can happen naturally and maybe with assistance. Don't feel bad if you have to use Fertility drugs.

I have PCOS and I was diagnosed about 10 years ago with it. I tried for 4 years to get pregnant and never did so I gave up. I started running and lifting weights and I lost about 60 pounds then I got pregnant! I got pregnant again when my daughter was a year old. It is different for everyone. I would buy OPK's to make sure you are ovulating

If you are overweight you need to loose weight and eat a clean paleo diet. Thats how i did it the first time and am loosing now.
