How long ?

Question

Ladies, how long do you wait to tell your husband that you're expecting? Do you wait until after you have officially missed a period just to be positive?

What about immediate family- how long do you wait??

My husband would not let me pee on the stick without him in there standing beside me lol

I actually waited a couple days to tell my husband because I wanted to make sure the lines got darker. When I first told him he was concerned the line wasn't dark enough, but believed the digital 😂

As for our parents, we told them around 8 weeks (I think) for Mother's Day.

I took it with hubby there and waited for dr confirmation to tell parentals then waited a couple of weeks after that to announce it to the world

Told my hubby right away. He was working night shift and I called him lol. Had a shirt made to wear when I told him... That didn't happen. Told our parents on skype two days later when he finished work and the next day my period/miscarriage started. It was a chemical. My lines were so didn't. Hubby and parents didn't believe me at first. This time I'll wait to tell hubby until the lines are good (if I can) and wear my surprise shirt. Hoping to wait for first scan for parents. Might all go out the window though.
