Ok so I'm visiting Florida and I CANNOT STAY HYDRATED!!!!! No matter how much I drink, I pee it out before I'm able to absorb it. I don't know why my body isn't even trying to absorb it but I have a hung over feeling. Like u know when you wake up after a long night of drinking and you're soooo dehydrated... That's how I feel.

I've been drinking water literally all day long. Like probably close to a gallon easily & its been going on all 3 days I've been here. And it's not even hot OR humid here. It's a little chilly even
