Back Acne?

Question

Every since I started my period in 6th grade I started to get back acne and it left or ruble scars so I can't wear stuff that shows my back how can I get rid of this help?

You can get an over the counter acne cream at target or cvs or Walmart. Put that on before bed. It's helped me

Honestly, I find that tanning helps. I've always gotten it really bad for the past few years. Then I started to notice a trend. In the summer when my back is nice & tan and the oils are dried from the sun I don't have a single pimple. Then once it starts to get cooler & my tan fades it slowly creeps back. I now go tanning at least once a week to dry it up. Also, try to avoid tight & suffocating clothing.

Go to the dermatologist if you can. I used to have super awful back acne and face acne. I went to the dermatologist and they gave me some really good wash (benzoyl peroxide 5%) and it cleared my acne up. Just make sure to keep your back clean! Also, another thing that really helps is after your done conditioning your hair, put your hair up in a bun and wash your back and then don't let your hair touch the back again until you have a shirt on.
