Issues with intimacy

For the last month and a half my husband hasn't shown any sign of wanting to have sex. If I start playing with myself normally he'll decide to join in, but the last two weeks I can not get him interested! I feel so gross at 34+ weeks, and I've never weighed this much before in my life, I was 292 at my last appointment. Are any of you ladies having issues getting your husband excited in bed?
