Whats best for baby ? 👶💤

Ftm need opinions on which to get! What did you all find to be the best for baby to sleep in? Realistically something that I'll actually use. I've heard a lot that cribs are more or less a waste 😳 not sure if I should get a bassinet and then a crib later on. Just a crib. Or pack n play that has a newborn sleeper/infant level.
