So Low!

Baby Boy is so low and it's so uncomfortable! I'm only 20 weeks and I'm not even getting a round belly yet because he's so low! Doctor doesn't seem concerned but I'm not used to this! This is baby #4 can my body not hold this baby properly or something? Has anyone gone through this at all??
