Medications and BFN

I'm currently on some psych medications and think I'm pregnant. I had what I thought was IB last Thursday and am tired, nauseous, gassy and lightheaded. I took a test Monday and this morning. Both were negative. Thinking of getting a blood test today. Do you ladies think medications affect the urine test and could cause a false negative??
