Antenatel colostrum collection
Hello, I am now 37+2 and want to start expressing and collecting colostrum as a back up for when baby is born. Didn't do this for my first baby so any advice and tips would be great. I know what research says on the topic including possible risk of early onset labour but would like anyone who has done this to let me know what worked for them.
