Blood pressure

Went to my regular doctor and blood pressure was 140/68 (my blood pressure is always under 118/ 60) 1st time every having high, they rechecked and it was 138/ 66. They told me to call my ob which I did and they said if I have a headache that won't go away or blurred vision to go to labor and delivery. I'm only 31 weeks 3 days. Has anyone else had something similar happen. And if so what was the outcome?
