I'm 24+2 and starting to have more frequent nose bleeds. I know this is a common problem, but with my last pregnancy they got so bad that I developed an irritative lesion in my left nostril that had to be surgically removed after delivery (gross). I'd like to avoid another complication like that. I currently use saline spray, saline gel and a humidifier at night. Any other suggestions?
