In need of advice

I have had three miscarriages and about 5 weeks ago I had an ovarian cyst removed. Before the cyst I had a positive pregnancy test and then I went to the ER because of severe pain and they did a pregnancy test and it came out negative.

I had severe internal bleeding and I almost lost my right ovary and my right Fallopian tube.

My husband and I have been TTC for over 14 months and want nothing more than a baby!

I am Just down and scared it's going to happen again. I am trying to stay positive but I'm having a hard time.

Just anyone who has gone through what I have, any positivity would help me out right now. I am ovulating right now. And hoping we will be blessed with a little one
