I'm 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I've had minor stabbing pains and cramps but NO bleeding or anything. One day I had cramping from my middle back to stomach it had me in tears but it went away and hasn't come back. I also didn't bleed then either. Should I not be worried unless I bleed? I miscarried in September so I'm trying not to worry so much is just hard. Any advice please. Thank you ladies.
