Help!

Im 33w4d I've been feeling contractions here and there ... Today my dr told me i was 1cm dilated & it freaked me out! Ive heard stories about girls being dilated for over a month & others having the baby 3 days after! I know all bodies are diffrent! But is anyone in this situation ? Or mommies who have experienced this ? 💙 im suppose to be due till January 24th with my little man !
