10 weeks pregnant with 1st baby but can't 'feel' anything?

Question

I'm 10 + 4 and while I have had sore/bigger boobs from the beginning (and a ton of positive tests and 2 scans so definitely pregnant) I can't feel any growing yet and I don't seem to be getting any bigger! Midwife says 1st don't often show till 16 weeks but I just find it hard to believe I'm growing a baby but can't feel / see it?!

Anyone else?
