Naseous for the last week....

Anyone pregnant and naseous for a week before finding out? I'm currently 12 DPO and have been neasous since day 5.... I've taken 3 HPT the last 3 days with FMU and all were negative.... 😔 my temp also dipped down a bit today too.... TIA for any advice
