Baby movements

At my 18 week anatomy scan my baby boy was laying sideways with his head in my right side and his feet in my left... Now at 25 weeks I feel his movements on my bladder and near my rib cage when I am standing or sitting but if laying on my side I feel him kicking out my sides. Does he still flip around And change positions. Most of the time at night I can see and feel him balled up on the right side.. Its just confusing how I feel his movements in so many different places.
