United Healthcare problems!?!

Wondering if anyone else has had a problem with this insurance company? In the past 6 months I have had my card denied twice because the company "forgot" to apply my payments. Super frustrating as I pay over the amount due and a full month in advance each month. Supposed to get induced Sunday and just found out last night they had messed up again and insurance was being denied. Arrg, so pissed!

Are you sure it's the insurance company who is messing up and not the doctors office messing up paper work/ not billing correctly? I have United Health Care and have never had any issues. If it is the insurance company call them and speak to someone with authority and see why it keeps happening.

I had it through work and hated it. When my work dropped me I was forced to choose my own so I went with blue cross and I love them I've never had a single problem.

I have this through my dad. I called and they told me my breast pump would be covered 100% and she gave me a list of places I can order it from. Called again yesterday because when I applied it said it wasn't covered, turns out, they don't cover breast pumps at all, and I'll still have to pay quite a bit after birth out of pocket. Im pretty mad!!

I've never had an issue with them, they actually have a program for pregnant woman and you get a diaper bag just for signing up! Then all you do it check in all of your appointments.
