Late period. Not positive pregnancy. Why?

Does anyone know why my period would be two weeks late but my tests have been negative or is there something going on as to why my period is so late when it is normally right on time?? Any experience?

I JUST went through the exact same thing. I had blood/prolactin tests, pelvic ultrasound, etc. Today would have been CD50. But just as I was about to start taking Progestetone to start a period I decided to take one more test just in case. That was Tuesday and it was a faint positive! I took another test this morning and the line seems to be getting darker. Keep up hope! Good luck!

I kept having negative tests until I came on after being 3 weeks late just probably change of bodily routine or something

You probably ovulated later than normal or had an anovulatory cycle.

Stress. Change in diet. Numerous reasons as to why you haven't had a cycle.
