How bad are your cramps?

So this is my first pregnancy but I've had two other miscarriages. The last two days my cramps went from sharp twingy to the dull kind like I'm getting my period. Is this normal?! Anyone else? I'm 5w 1day

My cramps are just like my AF cramps and I get heavy cramps with AF. I think as long as they are intermittent and there's no blood you should be ok.

I asked my Obgyn friend about mine. They were pretty sad but only after exercising. He said it's normal as long as they don't get severe, and there is no bleeding with it.
