Beta HCG levels: when are they supposed to slow down from doubling every 48 hours? My levels were doubling every 31 hours but have slowed to every 85 at 6 weeks (they are quite high). So my midwife ha been checking my beta HCG levels every 2 days. I just saw my GP and she said she isn't happy with the levels. Is she wrong that it's bad they've slowed down? I read they slow after 6,000 and she said no 60,000 and now I'm freaking out. Any input is GREATLY appreciated :(
