I live in a very rural community where many of the men and women work very dangerous jobs, including coal mining. A few days ago our community lost a very young man due to a mining accident. He was twenty years old, recently married, and had two kids. One of the children being only 6 days old. This is someone I grew up with, shared many memories with, and graduated with. He was always the life of the party, but a hard worker when it came down to it. It's very sad to think that a young life was taken too soon. Please, keep his family and our community in your thoughts and prayers.
