Gift ideas for Hubby, grandparents??

Hi ladies! What are some of you planning to do for baby's dad and grandparents? I know "the best gift is the new baby" but I want to do or get something. I'm on leave, not due until 12/26 so I do have time on my hands to make something. Any ideas?

I've got the baby boy outfits that are mini me versions of my husband's favorite things to wear. He's super excited about his mini me :)

I got my husband his own version of a "push present" I'll give him at the hospital. It's a silver watch, engraved on the back is "I Love You Daddy, Charlotte". Then we are christmas presents too. This is our last one kidless, unless she comes early (due 12/31) so we still wanted to have a nice one since our future ones won't be about us anymore lol

Im getting Christmas ornaments made with his first picture in it (induced on the 27th but the trees are usually still up 😁) and a holiday basket type deal I saw put together at Ross the other day with chocolate and popcorn and different goodies

Got my husband & I matching bracelets with baby's info on it as a "support person present/Early Christmas gift". But now won't be delivered until after Christmas at this point since baby is now 3 days over due. Waiting for the birthdate & baby's weight to send to the manufacturer... *sigh*

For Christmas I got him a book on baby care & an infant karate outfit since he's into Karate.

I am making my husband a "Dad established 2015" shirt with contact paper and paint on a tshirt. 
I am also making my 2sisters aunt shirts and my brother a uncle one and my dad a grandpa one. ( first grand baby) I am making my mom a hanging heart with my sons footprints in it. My son is due 12-13.
