Exercise and healthy diet during pregnancy

I am really worried that my body won't bounce back after pregnancy! Obviously it will never the same but I am still curious as to what I can do now in the beginning of my pregnancy to help at least a little after to get back in shape. Also what kind of workouts are best suited for each trimester? I'm not interested in yoga so please don't advise it, but anything else to help keep me in shape during my pregnancy would be fabulous! Also how can what are some better alternatives to salty/savory cravings? No sweet cravings yet. This is my first pregnancy by the way and I know my doctor can suggest some things but I would love advise from other moms and expecting moms.
