I am 6 dpo and have very wet cm. any ideas what causes this???

I had bloodwork and my progesterone was elevated so I know I ovulated.

I'm 6 dpo but having more creamy mucous like cm. So confused. Been having right sided dull aches all day. Had a positive opk on the 4 and definitely think I ovulated due to the ovulation pains. Smh I hate the tww

7 DPO and I'm experiencing the same. Have to wear a liner daily. I keep BDing though just in case my ovulation is off.
