Where do I go to see those whom I follow??

Heidi • Fri, Dec 11 • This is my 4th pregnancy. I have had 3 previous misscarriages. I am beyond excited to be a mom and I pray to god everyday that this little peanut sticks!

When I view someones profile, I see all their posts. When I go to mine, I can't see any of my previous posts and i can't figure out how to see my followers/and those I follow???
