It is not bad at all. For 7 years i had to get a biopsy every 6 months (unless i was pregnant) a little pain, but it really isn't anything. the only sucky part is later on when you wipe and the mustard-like stuff comes out (it is used after the do the biopsy to prevent bleeding and infection, again nothing bad)

Very uncomfortable but it doesn't hurt per say. The worst part for me was the mustard stuff. I didn't like how it felt against my skin.
