I have been having really bad constant cramping and lower back pain for the past 2 days. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and went to the doctor today for my weekly visit and my OB said im 1.5-2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. Tonight when I got home I went to the bathroom to pee and when I wiped (TMI maybe?) I had a little jelly like streak of clear and dark reddish brown discharge come out. Is this part of my mucus plug? Could labor be coming soon? I'm really getting anxious!
