Sex and the Depo shot

So I haven't gotten my period in a few months like 4 months due to the depo shot and my boyfriend and I haven't been using condoms. We have been sexually active and since then I have been experiencing cramping some light spotting and nausea. Are these symptoms from the depo? The sex? Or could I still get pregnant ??
