I have been on aygestin for almost a week ( 10 day dose ). I haven't had a real cycle since January. Should I expect a horrible cycle? I am already cramping like I use pre pcos.... also.. I am so sick, nausceous, tired, etc. I am takin 4 metformin er, 2 augestins, and I am on a z pack right now. I take them at night after dinner, so I can sleep thru most of the sickness, but I just feel horrible all day. If I don't start my period when I get to the last does, what do I do? Do I stop taking it if I get my cycle before I end my dose?
