What would you do?

I love my boyfriend so much we been together almost 3 years he wants babies and to move in and we got tattos but has yet to give me a ring. He says he wants to marry me. Lastnight on my bday i was so sure he was going to pop the question i told everybody tonight is the night we talked about it hes been looking but i got a watch 😒 im just so ready he wants to do everything backwards house kids and i already cook nf clean nd invite him to family reunions etc. I feel im playing wife without the title, and why would a man want the cow if he can get the milk for free right?
