I bought it and it says nothing about what days to use it. I assume the day after I think I ovulated up until aunt flow or pregnancy arrives? Is there any harm in using progesterone cream??

You should really temp to confirm ovulation if you intend to use progesterone in any form. If you start it before you actually ovulate you can prevent ovulation from happening. You should start using it three days after ovulation and discontinue if you test negative after 14-16 dpo
