Feeling faint with headaches

Has anyone ever felt faint/dizzy and headaches came with it? Did you tell your ob ?

When I was going through this, I found out I was low in iron. Ever since I've added an iron supplement to my prenatal I haven't had another dizzy spell.

I felt dizzy and faint... Come to find out I needed to hydrate more. (I told my OB and that's what she recommended)

Oh and I had A LOT of headaches! My Ob said to watch my salt and fried food intake.
