So for like my last 4 periods they've been really irregular and also they've been a dark brown in colour, they've been mostly spotting as well, I don't think it's old blood as its been this colour for my past 4 periods, I've used a pregnancy test and it came up negative, I have the bar but I don't think this is normal and I don't know what to do, has this happened to anyone before? help me please 😭
