This is a nose/lip shot, just not the clearest. I would have tried to get a clearer image myself, but sometimes baby's position makes it impossible. But here's a comparison with the features outlined.

The bottom point of the triangle looks like the chin to me. Perhaps the tech was over exuberant and massive should've put face because it's impossible to distinguish nose and lips at this point.
