Nothing showed up after 5 minutes then I came back and looked at it after an hour.

Thats what mine looked like exactly. And even today 3 weeks later it looks the exact same. That does not look like an evap to me. I still have my pregnancy tests from my first pregnancy 3 years ago and they still look the same.

It doesn't look like an evap but I can't tell for sure and you can't really count it since its out of the time frame. Retest with a FRER and you should have your answer. GL!
