How do you know when you miscarry ?

Its one of my biggest fears right now .

When I had my miscarriage I started spotting pink and had some cramps the next morning the spotting was gone so thought all was well went to the Dr's they told me since the bleeding had stopped I would probably be ok, turns out as soon as I got home and went to the bathroom the pad I had on was soaked with bright red blood and I had lost all pregnancy symptoms. Tmi but I hope this helps.

I didn't feel it when I miscarried. I went in for tests, and my HCG was low and the baby wasn't nearly as big as it should have been on ultrasound. It was heartbreaking, but that was in August, and we just got another BFP 12/5! There's nothing you can do to stop it if it's going to happen, so just bask in the joy of the sweet baby growing inside you!
