Items most people forget to put on their registry?

I just created my registry on babies r us! 😊 what are items ppl typically forget to put on their registry or must haves? I wanna make sure im not leaving everything off. TIA.

I think it depends on what people think they need. I for one didn't buy a diaper genie thought we could do without it I also didn't buy sterilizers or dehumidifiers and all of that. But I did get pacifiers (which some don't get) I didn't forget anything cuz I used the list on babies r us and they put WAYYY too much on that list look through it and decide what you need but don't think you need it all you don't!!

I'm not sure about this. I think most often people put on way too much. You don't need as much as you think and as much as those checklists make you think.

This is my third. I made a registry for myself this time for a small list of things that we need. It's good for the coupons too. I find the things I chose this time to be different. Mostly sheets, a new changing pad cover, and more items for me. I got a postpartum girdle like panty. I'm having a scheduled C and tubal and I think the added support would be nice. I put on my favorite nipple cream - I hated lanolin - Earth Mama Nipple Butter. If you plan to BF, put on a nipple shield. I used it minimally with my kids (it can restrict supply of used too much) but I found it helpful early on.

My advice is not to overdo it.

Lots of baby hangers for all the cute clothes your are getting, if you plan on hanging the clothes. Also, my last baby preferred a certain brand of diapers last time, so thinking about not getting too many diapers up front in case you can't use them. I would hate to feel obligated to use up diapers my kid had leaks and blow outs in all the time.

Also, if your having a shower, my mom came up with this great game.  When sending out the invites add in a note saying your going to do a raffle.  You get a ticket for every package of diapers you bring.  The prize my mom had was a gift card to a restaurant.   So many people brought diapers with their gift.

I didn't put diapers or anything on my registry thinking, "oh people know to get diapers." Well, not only did I not receive any diapers, but I didn't think about the discount you get when you buy off your registry. Diapers and wipes! Put em on there. Lol.
