Afraid to fly...
I have horrible anxiety over flying. I still do it but I have pretty severe anxiety attacks. My doc had prescribed something that helps but now obviously I won't be taking it. I'm 4 weeks pregnant! Planning to fly at about 7 weeks. Does anyone know if my anxiety could cause a miscarriage? Any tips?
