Cysts question.

If I had a cyst that developed after my 6 week scan could it have ruptured and caused the pain I was feeling in my other post? Pain in my hips, lower back and left side that shot down my left leg? My friend used to tell me how bad hers would feel and how nothing ever seemed to make them better it just had to take care of itself. Could that be why my dr isn't worried since cysts are so common in pregnancy? Curious and wanted to know if anyone had experience with them. Staying away from Google.
