Is diarrhea a bad sign in pregnancy? Could it indicate a miscarriage? I only started with it today and have been feeling very sick. Not sure if I should worry or not. Only like 3/4 weeks. Very early but i'm nervous

If you are having diarrhea more than 3 times a day you need to call and let the doctor know because it can cause dehydration. Otherwise as far as I know it can be a normal symptom.

I was having diarrhea up until today. I'm about 4 weeks 1 day today and it seems to have gone away. And everything seems fine. Every pregnancy is different! Soon enough I'm sure you'll be constipated and wish you could go back to having diarrhea! Lol
